PieceOff is public
PieceOff is a video-first jigsaw game: turn a looping video, animated image or photo into a puzzle, invite friends with a room code, and solve it together while the footage keeps playing across every piece.
The source for the desktop app and the room server is public under Apache-2.0. It is a Rust workspace with three crates: pieceoff-core (puzzle rules and room messages), pieceoff-server (authoritative room state and persistence) and pieceoff-app (UI, rendering, input and media).
It is a playable prototype. The feature matrix in the repo lists what is implemented today and what is still open.
